MONEY BAGZ- PRISON STORIES MIXTAPE

Money Bagz is holding it down for Lil Boosie and his Bad Azz Entertainment imprint.  This mixtape is highly anticipated and he looks to make his mark with it.  Everything I have heard from him jams and I don't expect anything less with this mixtape.  #SWBY

BIG YUM'S TOP 20 90s R&B ALBUMS OF ALL TIME

This is an era that will never be duplicated!  Every decade has it's own sound of R&B but the 90's is arguably the best to ever do it.  Now this list may be debated a just a little bit, but I think the masses will agree.  #SWBY

20.  ADINA HOWARD- DO YOU WANNA RIDE
Adina Howard music just made you wanna be nasty.  I don't know which one was more valuable to her career, "Freak like me" or "T-shirt and panties".  It doesn't matter she made a well-respected list because of it.
LISTEN TO "FREAK LIKE ME" HERE:

19.  TEVIN CAMPBELL-I'M READY
Tevin Campbell had to make the list all four of his albums were made in the 90s.  This album was a hit.  I mean you got "Can we talk", "I'm ready", and "Shhh" on there, need I say more?
LISTEN TO "CAN WE TALK" HERE:

18.  FAITH EVANS- FAITH
Faith Evans was headed to the top until it seemed she couldn't get her mind right because of B.I.G. needless to say you gotta fell this album.
LISTEN TO "SOON AS I GET HOME" HERE:

17.  JON B- COOL RELAX
"They don't know" and "Are you still down" carried this album.  A smooth album it was.

16.  DESTINY'S CHILD- THE WRITINGS ON THE WALL
A group that features arguably one of the greatest female entertainers of all time starts here.
LISTEN TO "BILLS, BILLS, BILLS" HERE:

15.  112- ROOM 112
These boys made a lot of noise dropping this album.  Diddy know how to pick em.
LISTEN TO "ANYWHERE" HERE:

14.  AALIYAH- AGE AIN'T NOTHING BUT A NUMBER
I don't know if I still feel comfortable with R. Kelly on the cover with this title and his alleged history but he broke the mold with Aaliyah and this album.
LISTEN TO "AGE AINT NOTHING BUT A NUMBER" HERE:

13.  GUY- THE FUTURE
Guy named this album "The Future" because obviously they knew that after the 90s.  We would be listen to this again.
LISTEN TO "LET'S CHILL" HERE:

12.  HI-FIVE- HI-FIVE
Hi-Five should have been giving each other Hi-Fives after this classic.
LISTEN TO "I CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER MINUTE" HERE:

11.  TONY TONI TONE- SONS OF SOUL
Even though I had a heated debated with myself between this album and "The Revival" album I rolled with this one because you can't beat "Anniversary".
LISTEN TO "ANNIVERSARY" HERE:

10.  USHER- MY WAY
When you watch Usher's "Behind the Music" you can understand why this would be top 10.  Plus all I keep visualizing is when Usher performed "You make wanna" on Parent Hood(laughs).
LISTEN TO "YOU MAKE ME WANNA" HERE:

9.  DRU HILL-ENTER THE DRU
Great Album.
LISTEN TO "THESE ARE THE TIMES" HERE:

8.  SWV- IT'S ABOUT THAT TIME
SWV was live and so was their music.
LISTEN TO "I'M SO INTO YOU" HERE:

7.  SILK- LOSE CONTROL
They were just live.  Their music spoke volumes in the bedroom.
LISTEN TO "FREAK ME" HERE:

6.  JANET JACKSON- JANET
"Anytime, Anyplace" and it's Janet, I mean who is going to argue this?
LISTEN TO "ANYTIME, ANYPLACE" HERE:

5.  LAURYN HILL- THE MISEDUCATION OF LAURYN HILL
Lauryn Hill's could have made ten more of these albums and been a legend in the game.
LISTEN TO "EVERYTHING IS EVERYTHING" HERE:

4.  D'ANGELO- BROWN SUGAR
Why did D'Angelo have to go crazy?
LISTEN TO "LADY" HERE:

3.  MARY J. BLIGE- WHAT'S THE 411
Mary J. Blige had four good albums of the 90s.  It was tough as hell picking one but I just rolled with her debut even though "Share My World" was tough.
LISTEN TO "REAL LOVE" HERE:

2.  KEITH SWEAT- KEITH SWEAT
Many said he whined in his music, still can't take away the fact he jammed.
LISTEN TO "NOBODY" HERE:

1.  R. KELLY- 12 PLAY
I know everyone had to know that this would be number one or did everybody think I left R. Kelly off the list?  I still gets busy in the bedroom to this album.
LISTEN TO "SEX ME" HERE:

HONORABLE MENTIONS
I really could have did a Top 50 of this category but I kept it small.  I'll give you five more albums to round out a top 25 and maybe I'll do another one to give you 25 more classics.

H-TOWN-FEVER FOR DA FLAVOR
ERYKAH BADU- BADUIZM
EN VOGUE- FUNKY DIVAS
BOYZ II MEN- II
DONNELL JONES- WHERE I WANNA BE

BIG YUM'S TOP 20 LOUISIANA RAP ALBUMS OF ALL TIME

Yall had to know I wasn't gon cover Texas and not cover my home right?  Louisiana!  I love my state.  To some we may not be as live as the rest of America but down here we get busy.  Just like Texas, Louisiana got some classics too.  Don't sleep on the Boot, we are the state that created the masterminds behind No Limit, Cash Money, and Trill Entertinment.  My list could consist of just albums from these labels alone.  Check the list and take a trip down memory lane.  You might end going to buy some of these albums after seeing this.  #SWBY

20. BLACK MOPHIA CLAN- BMC FOR LIFE
This album was probably the most slept on Louisiana album but BMC was making it happen.  "Gangsta Vibe" puts me in the zone when I'm riding.
LISTEN TO "GANGSTA VIBE" HERE:

19. NHC-RESPECT THE GAME:BOOT LIFE
This Shreveport based group feature veteran KP and this album made a lot of noise when it was released.
LISTEN TO "PARKING LOT PIMPIN'" HERE:

18. LIL BOOSIE- YOUNGEST IN THE CAMP
This album broke the mold for an artist who has become bigger than Lil Wayne to the people of Louisiana.  Lil Boosie was 17 when he released this and you could tell he was on his way to being one of the greatest artist from Louisiana ever.
LISTEN TO "POP IT ON ME" HERE:

17.  FOXX- STREET GOSSIP
I don't care what nobody say this album was slept on and it's a classic.  Foxx didn't miss with not one song on this album.  It should have did major numbers but I don't think it was pushed like that.  Every song jammed on here.  I know plenty would agree.
LISTEN TO "BOUNCE" HERE:

16. YOUNG BLEED- MY BALLS AND MY WORD
No Limit  has hit the ranks.  Young Bleed had it with this album.  This album even features a song that is remade today and a hit again.  Timeless music at it's finest.
LISTEN TO "BRING THE NOISE" HERE:

15. B.G.- IT'S ALL ON YOU VOL. 1&2

B.G. is who put Cash Money on the map early.  These albums can be played at high volumes today.
LISTEN TO "RIDE TONIGHT" HERE:

LISTEN TO "GET YA SHINE ON" HERE:

14. LIL BOOSIE & WEBBIE- GANGSTA MUSIK
Lil Boosie built a buzz by now and now he brings out a young savage in Webbie to drop this Louisiana gangsta classic.
LISTEN TO "DANCE WIT YA" HERE:

13. C-MURDER- LIFE OR DEATH
C-Murder was arguably the best artist at No Limit, even though Mystikal and Mac are up for that argument.  But this album was one of No Limit's hardest albums.
LISTEN TO "KICKDOE" HERE:

12. TIM SMOOTH- STRAIGHT UP DRIVING THEM
RIP Tim Smooth, a Louisiana pioneer and this album shoes your greatness.  This was released by Rap-A-Lot.  With songs like "I dont give a damn about ya boyfriend" and "Used Car".  This album couldn't be slept on.
LISTEN TO "I DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YO BOYFRIEND" HERE:

11. FIEND- THERE'S ONE IN EVERY FAMILY
It seemed like P could not lose with nothing he was releasing from No Limit, add this one.
LISTEN TO "BIG TIMER" HERE:

10. SOULJA SLIM-GIVE IT 2 'EM RAW
Soulja Slim went so hard and was on pace to be the greatest.  RIP Soulja Slim.
LISTEN TO "WRIGHT ME" HERE:

9. HOT BOYS- GET IT HOW YOU LIVE
Miss these days.  If the industry was fair, groups like this would break records.  True definition of a super group.  I'll put this group up against a lot of groups nowadays.
LISTEN TO "WE ON FIRE" HERE:

8. U.N.L.V.- UPTOWN FOR LIFE
Uptown N*ggas Living Violent were something serious.  Their most known song to date, "Drag em in the river" will still get a club rowdy.
LISTEN TO "POCKET FULL OF FURL" HERE:

7. BIG TYMERS- HOW YOU LUV THAT VOL.1&2
The Big Tymers could not be on this list seeing as you had the founder of Cash Money and one of the greatest producers ever dropping classics.
LISTEN TO "MILLIONAIRE DREAM" HERE:

LISTEN TO "SUGE & PAC, PUFF & BIG" HERE:

6. TRU- TRU 2 DA GAME
Another Louisiana super group.  TRU consisted of the Miller brothers(Master P, Silkk the Shocker, and C-Murder).  They compimented each other's style and made a classic album.
LISTEN TO "I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE" HERE:

5. MYSTIKAL- UNPREDICTABLE
Is Mystikal the best artist to come from the Boot?  This album may say yes.
LISTEN TO "HERE WE GO" HERE;

4. MAC- SHELL SHOCKED
Man this album was the greatest pre-game music we had for football.  "Murder, Murder,Kill,Kill" set the band off.  But this album couldn't be touched.
LISTEN TO "CALLIN' ME" HERE:

3. LIL WAYNE- THE CARTER 1
Ok, ok, I had to.  Even though I only liked a few songs on this album, I still didn't totally feel it.  Not to say Wayne don't go hard but I'm a big fan of the younger Wayne.  I can't ignore the fact that this is indeed a Louisiana classic.
LISTEN TO "I MISS MY DAWGS" HERE:

2. MASTER P- GHETTO DOPE
Most know how big of a Master P fan I am.  No one should argue that this is not top 3 Louisiana rap albums of all time.  No song is skipped, it's a beginning to end album.
LISTEN TO "TRYNA DO SOMETHING" HERE:

1. JUVENILE- 400 DEGREEZ
Nothing has to be said.  There is no argument that can be made about this being number 1.
LISTEN TO "RUN FOR IT" HERE:

HONORABE MENTIONS
MASTER P- ICE CREAM MAN
LIL WAYNE- THE BLOCK IS HOT
WEBBIE- SAVAGE LIFE
SILKK THE SHOCKER- CHARGE IT 2 DA GAME
C-LOC- CONCENTRATION CAMP
